Educate, Care and Nourish
Sobre o projeto
The city of São Paulo, through Law 16140/15, requires the replacement of conventional foods with 100% organic community-based foods by 2026. To this end, CREN - Center for Nutritional Recovery and Education, which has been operating in the East and South Zones of the capital for 30 years, was a pilot of this transition. This sensitive experience is portrayed through a 260-page book, with interviews with mothers, cooks, teachers, farmers and the school community, with visual arts and design productions, made with children aged 1 - 6 years. The book has a scientific-editorial committee composed of leading researchers in contemporary design, public health and nutrology from Brazil.
